Built on professional playing experience and disciplined pitching development standards, Hill45 is designed to strengthen long-term pitcher development and support coach education within the Canadian baseball ecosystem.
Founded by Melissa Vitale and former professional pitcher Eddy Rodríguez, the organization is focused on building a detail-driven development model grounded in real playing experience.
Hill45 is currently in its planning and partnership-building phase. Training programs and in-person operations will be announced once fully operational and authorized.
